Mr. Daniel Yam, an award winning short film director that loves to bring inspiring videos to remind his audience the true value of Humanity. He has directed short films like "Ripple" and "Time", and also an Award Winning short film, Gift. He is also the co-director of Wonder Boy, together with Dick Lee, and also one of the four directors involved in 4Love, together with Raihan Halim, Gilbert Chan and Sam Loh. 

Behind his filmmaker life right now, would have the past. When Mr. Yam was young, he loves watching Films like Star Wars, which then made him gain interest in filming. During his time when he was in Junior College, He noticed a polytechnic course which would suit him more. Hence he dropped his A Level to pursuit for his dreams. Upon graduating from Polytechnic, He went to OakTree films to work. With a native mindset of his, he keeps getting setbacks, up till date, he is still making mistakes. But what is that to stop him from continuing what he likes to do. Hence, even with the many setbacks, he had been through all his life, his love for what he is doing, keeps him moving. 

In one of Mr. Yam's Short film, "Time", he portrayed the busy life of himself and always rushed his daughter by saying "Hurry Up!" He would start off the day by saying "Hurry Up!" and would also end with it too. So for that, he wanted to create a short film to help him realise whats the true meaning to slow down and to help cherish family time. Although with all that rushing, Mr Yam will never fail to spend time with his daughter, to create memories together. 

After all, what happens at work remains at work. home is like a shelter to Mr. Yam. A Happy Family is what he always desires for. with his Lovely Daugther and his Lovely Wife. He is also always thankful to his wife for the support that she gave him.
